The first step to enrolling your child in Academic Mastery Academy Preschool is to call us at 708-897-9332 and register your child for screening. Registration must be completed prior to entrance into the program.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our program, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- Must reside in Illinois
- Proof of child’s age
- Children must be between the ages of 3-4 or turning 5 years old after September 1st of the current year.
- Health record (current physical and immunization record must be signed and dated within one year)
- Proof of Income or Income Eligible
